"双高"建设背景下思政课立德树人目标路径研究

习近平总书记3.18重要讲话高度强调了全国高校思想政治教育过程中坚持"六个要求"和"八个统一"的重要性,明确了立德树人教学观念是当前思政课程教学的首要问题和根本问题.思政课作为"双高建设"的提质增效工程,在高素质人才培养方面所起到的作用十分重要.基于此,"双高建设"院校思政课程的开展必须将立德树人作为教育教学活动的终极目标,并据此对思想政治理论课的得失成败进行检验.     

基于9种无约束优化算法的岩爆预测BP模型优选

为研究不同训练样本数量和无约束优化算法对岩爆BP(Back Propagation)神经网络模型预测准确率的影响,选取围岩最大切向应力与岩石单轴抗压强度比σθ/σc、岩石单轴抗压强度与单轴抗拉强度比σc/σt和弹性能量指数Wet作为预测指标,广泛搜集整理100组典型岩爆实例建立了训练样本数据库.在样本数量分别为40、70和100时,基于标准算法和9种无约束优化算法建立了10个岩爆BP神经网络预测模型,并提出了考虑不同样本规模影响的岩爆烈度等级预测指数——综合准确值N.比较研究结果表明:BP模型的预测准确率随样本数量增加而提高,3种样本数量下的模型平均预测准确率分别为62.5％、76.4％和87.5％;基于9种优化算法建立的BP网络模型的N值均高于标准BP模型;基于Ploak-Ribiere共轭梯度法优化的BP模型的N值(195)和预测准确率(99.0％)均最高,且在5个工程实例中的预测结果完全符合现场实际,优于标准BP模型、支持向量机模型和其他优化模型,为岩爆烈度等级预测的最佳模型.     

表面工程技术在导弹武器装备维修中的应用

本文主要介绍铝/F_(46),协合涂层新技术、复合电刷镀Ni—PTFE新工艺、DJB—823电接触保护剂及三防电子器件绝缘清漆在二炮导弹武器装备维修中的应用。     

Nonlinear transient responses of rotating twisted FGM cylindrical panels

This paper develops a new structure dynamic model to investigate nonlinear transient responses of the rotating blade made of functionally graded material(FGM). The rotating blade is simplified as a rotating FGM cylindrical panel with a presetting angle and a twist angle. The geometric nonlinearity effects are taken into account in the strain-displacement relationships, which are derived by Green strain tensor. Based on the first-order piston theory and the first-order shear deformation theory, the equations of motion for the rotating twisted FGM cylindrical panel are acquired by means of Hamilton principle and Galerkin method.Backward Differentiation Formula(BDF) and Runge-Kutta Algorithm are used to solve the nonlinear equations of motion for the system. The effects of four pulse load conditions on the system subjected to the internal pulse load or the external pulse load are fully discussed. A detailed parametric analysis is performed by considering the effects of the rotating speed, volume fraction index and temperature.     

330 kV变电站35 kV侧经小电阻接地改造技术可行性分析

330 kV变电站35 kV高压设备及电缆单相接地故障,因短路电流无法达到保护动作条件而导致事故进一步扩大。为了提高330 kV变电站35 kV系统运行可靠性,提出了35 kV侧经接地变压器和小电阻接地的方式。提出了小电阻接入方案,并通过仿真系统建立了基于实际变电站的建模,分析了小电阻接地前后短路电流变化情况,论证了接地电阻、电容器投退对短路零序电流的影响,从而证实了小电阻接地的可行性。     

Facile Fabrication of Povidone Iodine-Embedded Polytetrafluoroethylene Superhydrophobic Films with Improved Antiadhesive and Bactericidal Properties in Bacterial Environments

It remains a challenge to maintain the antiadhesion properties of superhydrophobic films after exposure to bacterial environments. In this work, superhydrophobic bactericidal polymer films via the simple incorporation of polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine (PVP-I) or iodine into polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are fabricated to improve their antiadhesive and antibacterial capability. Superhydrophobic iodine-embedded films, polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine and polytetrafluoroethylene-iodine (PTFE/PVP-I and PTFE-I), show excellent antiadhesive and bactericidal performances even post exposure to bacterial solutions as compared to iodine-free counterparts by controlling the release of iodine. Especially, superhydrophobic PTFE/PVP-I films display a more sustained iodine release profile and significant antibacterial properties against gram-positive (S. aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA)) and gram-negative (E. coli) bacteria. Such a facile combination of antiseptic agents and superhydrophobic surface could be widely used for antiseptic biomedical applications.     

气-电纺PHB引导组织再生膜的仿生矿化研究

实验将PHB通过气流-高压静电纺丝制成无纺膜，利用扫描电镜（SEM）、X射线衍射（XRD）对其形态和结构进行表征。在体外研究中，分别将无纺膜样本浸入37℃1．5倍仿生体液（SBF）中3、7、14、28d后对其表面形态和结构进行表征。结果表明，气电纺PHB无纺膜由超细纤维交织而成，纤维之间有多孔形成；通过气流一静电纺丝之后，PHB的结晶度及晶体的有序度降低；PHB膜在SBF中浸泡3天之后就有矿化结晶在纤维的表面形成，随着浸泡时间的增长，矿化结晶的数目增加，结晶度也随之增高，XRD及FTIR表明形成的结晶为含有碳酸根的磷灰石晶体。     

Extraction of Metal(Ti,V,Mo)-oxyl Cations by Monoacidic Phosphates and Phosphonates

The extraction of TiO~(2+),VO~(2+),VO_2~+ and MoO_2~(2+)by HDEHP,HEHEHP and HDTMPP was studiedrespectively.The orders of extraction ability for the three extractant systems are as follows:for TiO~(2+),VO~(2+):HDEHP>HEHEHP>HDTMPP;for VO_2~+, MoO_2~(2+):HDEHP< HEHEHP< HDTMPP.The experimental results were discussed from the point of view of extractant structures.     

50m~2立式电收尘器供电改造问题的探讨

本文对郑州铝厂水泥分厂50m~2立电收尘器供电系统的改造加以介绍,如提高变压器输出阻抗、加装保护电阻、增加火花放电频率、增加清灰作用、提高电场有效电晕功率等。结果,使除尘器除尘效率提高到99.5％,使出口排放浓度大幅度降至150～300mg/Nm~3。     

半导体硫化银纳米管的制备与光学性能

在以Triton X-100为表面活性剂形成的反相胶束体系中,成功地制备了半导体硫化银纳米管,管径88 nm～120nm、长度大于2.6 μm.X射线衍射测定表明,产物为纯单斜结构.紫外-可见光谱在275 nm处发现新的吸收峰,最大发射波长与体相材料相比,蓝移了38 nm.
